How can I add my product to the REALTOR® Store?
You can add a product to the store by joining our Real Estate Bookshelf program. The program provides a powerful platform for promoting and distributing your book, video, or training kit to NAR’s audiences.
By joining the program you will have:
- High visibility for your product 24 hours a day
- Direct distribution and fulfillment through NAR
- The opportunity to earn 60 percent of the product's sale price

What is a digital download and do I need a special program to view this type of product?
A digital download is an electronic version of a product that can be a PDF, MP3, Word Document, PowerPoint, Excel, or MOV file. Depending on the file type you may need Adobe Acrobat to view the file or a Microsoft application. Each product will list the file type in the description so that you are aware of what type of file you are purchasing. These products are delivered to your My Account Digital Downloads section of the REALTOR® Store.
Can I post and/or share the content of a digital download file with others?
All digital download files and products are copyrighted by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Reproduction, distribution, display, transmission or retransmission in whole or in part of any product and any of its components - including tables, charts, figures, photos and other graphics - is prohibited without written permission from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Incorporation of the product or any part thereof as a part of another work without the written permission of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is prohibited, except as may be permitted by law.
To receive written permission please email NARProd@Realtors.org and identify how you would like to utilize the product content and utilize the subject line Reproduction Permission.
How can I place an order?
Place your order online or by calling 800-874-6500, and pressing option 1, for all physical and digital download products. Make sure to log in with your REALTOR.org username and password if you are a member of NAR to take advantage of member pricing. You can click on the Log In link at the top of the page to log in. If you are not an NAR member, you may purchase products from the REALTOR® Store, but you won't be eligible for member pricing. You can also order via phone at 800-874-6500, using option 1. For your security we no longer take fax, email, or offline orders other than over the phone.
How can I place an order if I am an international member?
NAR is pleased to make the REALTOR® Store's resources available to all international members. Log into the REALTOR.org Store with the same username and password you use for REALTOR.org.
Your international order will ship to your preferred address using FedEx International Economy.

How can I order REALTOR® merchandise?
REALTOR® merchandise is available through the REALTOR® Team Store at www.realtorteamstore.com. To contact the REALTOR® Team Store by phone, please call 888-750-3343.
Can you invoice me for my order?
We do not offer invoices for orders, but you can receive a receipt for an order placed. You can log in to the REALTOR.org Store, go to your My account, Order History, then click on the order number and copy the order details to view your receipt. You were also emailed an order confirmation for your order which will also have all of the pertinent order details.
Is there a discount for bulk purchases?
Volume discounts for many products are listed on the site on a per product basis. If you are interested in ordering a “bulk” (15 or more products) amount of any particular product and a volume discount is not listed, please email CDoyle@Realtors.org regarding the exact product and quantity you are interested in ordering.
Is there a limit to how much I can order?
For physical products you are only eligible to order products for which we have inventory, but there is no maximum quantity allowable. For Digital Downloads you are only eligible to order 1 each of any download product at a time.
Can I order something that is out of stock?
No. You may "reserve" or request an in stock email notification for a product for items that are not currently available in the store. When the product is in stock we will send you an email letting you know that the product is now available and that you may go in and place an order for that product at that time.
Note, each product that is listed as an out of stock item will have an estimated delivery date for the product so that you can anticipate when this item will be back in stock and when you will be able to finish your order.
Can you ship my order outside the United States?
Yes. We ship internationally to all 125 countries and provinces that utilize FedEx International Economy. Note that the fees for international shipping are higher than domestic rates and will vary based on items ordered.

Can I see a sample of a product before I buy it?
We do not provide physical product samples prior to purchase. Some products may have sample images available so that you may view the content. If you decide not to keep a product you've purchased, you may return it within 30 days after you receive it.
We suggest contacting customer service if you have any questions regarding a particular product and a product sample image does not exist, at 800-874-6500, option 1.
My coupon code says it is invalid, what do I do?
Please review a couple of items to assure that you are properly inputting the code:
- Did you cut and paste the code from the email into the coupon code box? If not, retry by cutting and pasting and not retyping the coupon code.
- Do you have the correct product in the shopping cart? Assure that the product tile from the email matches exactly with the product you’ve added to your cart. Coupon codes especially those for MVP products are product specific and not associated with a products price or value. Please check to assure that you have the Digital Download version and not the Physical version in your cart.
If you’ve tried the above items and they do not work please email the NARMVP@Realtors.org mailbox with your NRDS Id and name and the team will take care of your order, at 800-874-6500, and press option 1.
What payment methods are accepted for orders?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Why haven't I received my order?
You will be emailed a shipment confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order that will include a link that will allow you to track your package.
If you have ordered a physical product and have chosen Ground shipping your order should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after you place your order.
If you have placed an order for a Digital Download product, your product is delivered instantly upon order completion to the “Digital Downloads” section of your My Account in the REALTOR® Store.
Where can I see my order history?
To see your order history, log into the REALTOR® Store, select "My Account" at the top of the page, and then select "Order History".
The digital download I ordered hasn't arrived. Where is it?
If you have placed an order for a Digital Download product, your product was delivered instantly upon order completion to the “Digital Downloads” section of your My Account in the REALTOR® Store. If you placed an order for an eProduct prior to 3/24/15, your product can be accessed by going to the My Account, in the View/Access Your eProducts section of Realtor.org or by clicking here.
I placed an order at a convention. When will it arrive?
To find out the status of your order, please call 800-874-6500, at the prompt, press 1. Orders placed at a convention for shipping are typically shipped one day after the order date. You will receive a shipment confirmation once your product has shipped.
How can I get a receipt for an order I received?
You can go to your My account, Order History, then click on the order number and copy the order details to view your receipt. You were also emailed an order confirmation for your order which will also have all of the pertinent order details.

How much does shipping cost?
What is the REALTOR Store's return policy? Where should I send returns?
Returns must be made for physical products within 30 days of receipt of order and must be authorized by an NAR customer service representative before the product is returned. Please call 800-874-6500. At the prompt, press 1.
We do not accept returns for products delivered via digital download or for discontinued or revised items.
We cannot issue refunds under $10.00.
We also do not accept cancelations for digital downloads since the product is delivered immediately upon order.
I haven't received a credit for products I returned.

When will I receive my products?
If you have placed an order for a Digital Download product; your product is delivered instantly upon order completion to the “Digital Downloads” section of your My Account in the Realtor® Store.
IN STOCK ITEMS
- If you selected Ground Shipment, your order should be delivered within 7-10 business days
- If you selected FedEx Second Day, your order should be delivered in 2-3 business days
- If you selected FedEx Overnight, your order should be delivered in 1-2 business days.
At times an item may be not be in stock. These items will list a estimated date of when the item will be available and you can request to be notified when the product becomes available You will then receive an email when the product is available for order.
What is a heavy charge?
You may see a reference to a "heavy" charge when an item. For any item with this charge there will be a $10 per line item that will be applied to your order to cover additional cost for shipping heavy products.
My MVP product has a price on it, how do I order it?
All products in the REALTOR® Store will have prices on them until they are added to the cart, once added to the cart, enter your coupon code and the price will show that the coupon has been applied. Please proceed to checkout to place your order from there. If you have trouble with your coupon code please email the NARMVP@Realtors.org mailbox with your NRDS ID and name and the team will take care of your order. The product will only become free after the coupon code is applied successfully. Do not place an order if you entered a coupon code and it is not accepted.
